  • Venture into the forest gardens to forage and get inspired to whip up a feast with all the amazing flavours from Mother Nature

Meet The Trainers

Jen Goh

Jen has more than 20 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry, teaching group exercise and yoga classes that cater to all levels.

Her greatest satisfaction from teaching, is helping people towards achieving a healthier and fitter lifestyle, one class at a time. 

 

Jen graduated with a Diploma in Sports & Wellness Management from Nanyang Polytechnic. She is a certified Les Mills Instructor, FIA Aqua Fitness Instructor, Yoga Arts certified Yoga Teacher and Pre/Post-natal Yoga Teacher. She is also a FISAF Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Matej Mihelic

Matej is a strength/conditioning coach and lifestyle personal trainer with more than 10 years of working with some of world’s best tennis and football players. 

He has trained and transformed the physical health and fitness of executives and professionals, helping them with weight loss issue, gaining strength and confidence in their physique, and teaching them how to have a well balance nutrition diet.

Jada Seet

Since becoming a Professional Certified Coach  with ICF more than 10 years ago, Jada has worked with more than 100 individuals coaching them in various aspects of their life. 

 

Coming from a creative background, she enjoys working with people to clear through the clutters and noises in their mental and emotional life so that they get to reconnect to themselves and create a meaningful and purposeful life.
