Meet The Trainers

Herna Lewis

Herna has been teaching Yoga for 7 years and Pilates for over 2 years.  Currently, she is a 300HR RYT and teaches Yoga & Pilates classes at The UFC Gym, The Loft Gym and Superfly.

The holistic practice of Yoga has helped Herna to become stronger; mentally, emotionally and physically.

 

Through her daily practice, she has challenged her own limits and hopes to encourage others to explore their limits and transform their lives for the better through Yoga,Pilates and functional movement.

Matej Mihelic

Matej is a strength/conditioning coach and lifestyle personal trainer with more than 10 years of working with some of world’s best tennis and football players. 

He has trained and transformed the physical health and fitness of executives and professionals, helping them with weight loss issue, gaining strength and confidence in their physique, and teaching them how to have a well balance nutrition diet.
